Fuck Walmart ...

Black Friday is a fucking joke. What is so irresponsible about the reports that no one has stated exactly what was so incredible at Wal-Mart that people would get up at 4-in-the-fucking morning on their day off, break the fucking windows, and rush in and trample someone to death. Was it a big screen TV for $200 off or something stupid like that? Probably buy it on EBay for less, dipshits.
A radio station once held a contest where they announced locations you had to be at first in order to collect a prize. Well someone got in an accident and the radio station was held liable. Wal-Mart probably is equally at fault. Only because they are trying to create this out of control environment of hysteria.

I can't find any real details of what happened following the death. Were customers allowed to continue shopping? Did Walmart staff actually fucking ring people up that earlier broke into their store and killed an employee? It's all so insane to me - can you imagine if this had happened at an all-ages club, or a hip-hop show, or a gay bar? They'd be banned for all eternity.

The real kicker is, there's NOTHING happening on "Black Friday" that 15 minutes of internet research couldn't resolve.

The employees did ring them up. I think there was some effort on the part of the authorities, not Wal-Mart, to keep people out and away from the scene.

Mentioning the sales numbers before mentioning the death is in very bad taste. I have never been in or will ever shop in a Wal-Mart no matter how poor I get.

The case will never see court. Wal-Mart will settle this fast.

@3: Incoming shoppers jostled the first responders trying to save the young man's life as they made their way into the store. Shoppers were pissed off that the store was going to be closed and they would not be able to continue shopping.
