Clearly its a Military conspiracy involving the Gubmint, the Aliens (Mexican Aliens, at least), the Kenyans, and the Kanyeans.

I'm not a conspiracy theorist, nor trying to take sides, but I felt compelled to point out, that IF the government (or other party) WAS testing mind control, and wanted evidence of the results of the experiments, without actually detaining/surveilling individual citizens, they ABSOLUTELY WOULD test it out on live television.

Perfect specimens, controlled conditions, instant replay.
