There must be a heuristic that claims up to 20% of a population is going to perversely believe the contrary of what is actual fact: like 20% believe the world is flat, the Canucks wouldn't win the Western Conference, that Sarah Palin is an adequate/competent presidential candidate, that the day of the week this thread originated was anything but Wednesday in North America.

I'm a little disappointed. I've been waiting for weeks for some conspiracy theorist to link Gabrielle Giffords and Osama bin Laden both being shot in/around the left eye. Maybe bin Laden got a sex change and has been living as Giffords. Maybe Giffords was the head of Al Qaeda all along. Maybe Giffords was shot so that bin Laden could take her place. I don't care what, but I demand conspiracy!

you might need to see the videos showing that since 2008 giffords had her own youtube page and she was subb'd to only 2 people. Skelton and Loughner. After the shooting someone erased loughner. Her doctors bio was put up 3 days after the shooting by jGelleram
