What the fuck are the Republicans thinking? At a certain point, the incredible inconsistencies in their positions must cause them to abandon reason altogether. Which is probably why the GOP is anti-science, come to think of it.

I think the more shocking part of all this is that Newt brought this up just months after she was diagnosed with MS. What a scumbag. Sounds like he brought up the whole "open marriage" idea as a prelude to dumping her ass.

I think this should be a warning to Callista, that she needs to lay off the Aqua Net huffing that she is using as an excuse for her helmet hair. Changing her hair style will help her health, and avoid Gingrich from divorcing her when she is diagnose with hairspray toxicity.

I agree, that's a problem, but roe vs wade can not be overturned by any president. We had eight years of pro-life bush and it did not happen. Only the courts can do that. However if we continue to have imperial presidents that spend gazillions of dollars we do not have on the military and wars it is entirely possible that all of our rights including those of your uterus will evaporate when this country goes bankrupt and is taken over by true fascists. Plus, if all that money and energy does not go into military folly imagine all the resources that could be made available to education. And education of women, in particular, is the greatest facilitator of reproductive rights that we know of.
