Rand Paul is exactly what you would expect to get if George W. Bush were Ron Paul's son. He's W, but slightly kookier and a little less docile.
2
Rand was lucky enough to find a state with even dumber people than Texas.
3
Uh, Ron Paul is anti-abortion and anti-immigrant too, you know (at least going by RonPaul2012.com). So either he's not a Libertarian either, or Libertarians are just poorly disguised conservatives.

the absurd toupee is the most unforgivable thing about rand paul.

@4: No, his treachery to the Cause of Aqua-Buddha is worse.

@4

Rand Paul's hair is evil. I'm glad the word is getting out.

He's a Kentucky Republican. It's not about how this or that he is. It's about how much more or less this or that he would be than another Kentucky Senatorial candidate (until he appears to be moving toward a national campaign). He's never gonna be the gay, rollerblading manager of the NYC ACLU office, so I have no idea why everyone expects that of him.

Moreover, if this is all he ever did in the senate, he'll have proven himself infinitely more useful than 80% of the rest of the senate, and congress as a whole.

Watch this and tell me he's an idiot. If you watch the whole thing and still say that he's stupid (racist? homophobic? sure, but not stupid), then you're an idiot. You won't watch it, though, will you?

Um @3

He wants states to make their own laws because he doesn't believe that people who are vehemently opposed to abortion (as a function of the majority of people in their state being for or against it) to not have to pay a portion of their taxes to fund it.

He's not gonna make abortion illegal, and he's certainly not going to make abortion illegal in Washington State.

He's just gonna take the issue away from Federal Jurisdiction so that states like Mississippi and Texas can make it illegal.

Good...that means their smart women will come here. All the better...

And, of course, he's not going to do shit, because he's lost the nomination already.

If you're gonna hate Ron Paul that much, you should kinda know why.

Just sayin'.

Also, life does begin at conception. Every biologist will tell you this is true. Of course, someone will come back with, "but it's not a human being..."

My response to that is, "who gives a shit?" Roe v Wade was decided on the implied privacy protections granted to EVERY citizen of this country by the 4th Amendment.

You DON'T have a right to an abortion. You DO have a right to privacy (which includes bodily invasion or forced denial of medical procedures, which an abortion is).

You're making the wrong argument on this issue, and you're doing it wrong. (north to pick up, south to drop off, moron!!!!)

I would not be too surprised to see Rmoney pick little Ayn Paul to be his VP running mate. It passifies the Rand morans, gives Willard his best shot at winning the youth vote (it looks like the youth vote will be down this year and Pauls most committed supporters are young) and will not offend the religiously insane wing. He could do worse (and probably will)

Rand Paul should be aware that the path he has embarked upon, deliberately entering the 911 conspiracy on the side of the perpetrators, has well and truly rendered him liable to prosecution, thence execution as a capital traitor against the United States.

He has wagered his life, and the well being of his family and estate, that the Jews who perped 911, who carry out similar terrorist attacks world wide, and the massive cover up, that exists at every level of the US social order, will never be brought to trial!

The deportment of his similarly treasonous sire, US Congressman Ron Paul, proves that the treason in his household is not confined to him alone, the case against both, with the entire roll call of the US Congress and Obama, should proceed by way of the United States Justice Department.

Via lawful summons to appear in a duly constituted court, convened under existing US law, whence they will be put to death by order of the court if guilt is proven .. if they decry US Law and deploy weapons to prevent arrest, like Saddam Hussein’s kids did, heroically following the illegal invasion of Iraq in 2003, there could be a similar bloody outcome!

Jews at Mossad HQ in Tel Aviv Israel, made hundreds of million$ wagering on airline “Put Options,” at stock markets in Frankfurt Germany, and in Canada on the day of the attacks .. 60,000 or more Jews failed to show up for work at the WTC on the day, while warnings to stay away were distributed from New York synagogues the Friday before, via text messages, and from the Odigo Hebrew language messaging service!

Please wait...
