I'd guess it's probably more accurate to say "Mr. & Mrs. Thomas Matthews."

I could be wrong, but I'd make a $10,000 bet that "Mrs. Thomas Matthews" does whatever her master... er, husband tells her to do.

@10 That is Thomas M. Mathews, former Avista Energy CEO; the bigot in Madison Park is Thomas J Matthews (according to King Co property records). I'm all for publicly shaming these jerks, but please make sure to ID the right bigots.

Ooh, one notes the Matthewses of Madison Park live di-rectly across from the new Madison Park Beach North. Who knew their front windows would be facing a lovely public beach where hordes of homos might gather at any time?

The most I was thinking of doing was organizing flash mobs of gay and lesbian couples casually holding hands, acting normal and nonchalant, and doing everyday things around the Matthews whenever they were spotted in public. If you want to find real thuggery and violence, you'll have to look to the anti-equality side. After all, you're the one who said he hoped that violence against the Matthews occurs.

yes because posting there activity and names was to only inspire "falsh mobs", not to frighten them... but u r correct i dont like the anti-equality side at all very poor arguments. that being said what really bothers you is Im right about that fact gays will never be accepted. how many of you want to have gay children or hope your son will grow up to be a fag. all it takes is one high profile incident and you could undue a decades worth of progress.

I hope my future child(ren) are gay.
That would mean they lived long enough to figure it out. Also by the time they're in high school I don't think it'll matter.

@25 - The only reason I'd be worried about having a gay son or daughter is that narrow-minded people like you still exist. I wouldn't want my son to be harassed, called "fag" (see your posts above), or otherwise be made to think that he is a lesser human for being gay.

Other than that, why would I care?

There must be a rationale to the Matthews' decision to donate that amount of $. Even if on the surface it is justifiable only by their bigotry, they must have explained it to themselves with some kind of investment/return mentality.
