The No Parking sign is a nice touch. Where do they think they are, anyway... Brooklyn? Oooh! Wouldn't want to impede traffic, or block the fire hydrant! (Do they even have one of those?)

Request for Proposal:

Maintenance of Downtown Port Sanilac Sidewalks and Sidewalk Planters

The Port Sanilac Downtown Development Authority is requesting proposals for a maintenance plan for the weeding of sidewalks and watering of sidewalk planters located along M-25 and M-46 within the downtown area.

Proposals are due July 3, 2012. Work to begin the following week.

Normal football has 11 players from each team on the field for each play. 8-Man football has 8 from each team, allowing for schools with smaller enrollments to field teams.

My high school was even smaller and I played 6-man football. Yes, it's tackle! It's a lot easier to move the football on the ground so the field is a bit smaller and you need 15 yards for a first down and the point after touchdown scores are reversed. I love the game and wish there was a league for me to follow. We were state champs my senior year (out of a league of 12)!
