Is this supposed to be ironic in that someone ended up shooting people at a Dark Knight viewing and, because of that, I will not be going to the movies over the weekend?
The actual experience of going to a theater and watching a movie has been terrible for the past 5-6 years at least. Not sure how a random massacre is supposed to be an argument in favor of the whole thing.
I would absolutely love to go to a movie this weekend, but there is nothing I'm at all interested in seeing. This puts me in the uncomfortable position of thinking to myself "I wish that massacre hadn't been this weekend, there's no good movies out."
Is the 2nd quote from Bush's speech after 9/11 about returning to normalcy?
