On the one hand, I agree with you that Sarah and Laura's creature was clearly part of the Star Wars universe (and f'ing awesome make-up), I also agree with the judges on the winner. There and any number of ways that could have totally failed, and while it may not be spot on for SW, a few minor tweaks and it would fit perfectly.

I also agree with you about Sarah and Laura. It looked like their creature came right out of Star Wars! Don't get me wrong, Rod and Roy's creature was amazing as well, but not something in my mind from the same movie. I give them credit for coming up with such a unique character in such a small amount of time though. I can't even explain how I feel about the creature Tommy and Joe created! I was speechless when I watched the premiere, and actually found myself watching the episode again on Dish Online just too see if it was as bad as I originally thought. I even made some of my fellow Face Off addicts I work with at Dish look at it again, because I was so shocked with it! I feel bad for them, and I think I would have honestly walked myself off that show if I created that! I am excited to see what the rest of the season brings though, because everyone else looks like they know what they are doing! :)
