I find myself wishing that it was not just female anatomy that the Republicans knew fuck-all about.

Science, civics, mathematics, human relations, economics, history, foreign relations; the list of important things to know, that they don't know (or choose to ignore), if you're going to rule the world, is truly daunting.

The only area of study and human knowledge that they have mastered, that they truly excel at, is how to run a propaganda campaign, how to tell the "big lie," how to demagogue, divide and manipulate the dumber end of the electorate to seize power; how to support and conspire with sympathetic media, and how to coordinate talking points across their little universe. It's like they not only took lessons from Goebbels himself, but have improved upon his methods.

Woe is us.

Women of voting age outnumber men in America and more women have voted than men in recent elections. So, women, stop voting against your best interest (and my wife and daughters).

I'll do my part but you're the majority and can influence other women in your life, those who may vote GOP, better than I can.

Dude, we get our info from the Bro Bible:

I'm stunned that they left out Newt Gingrich's timeless description of women's monthly infections, "If combat means living in a ditch, females have biological problems staying in a ditch for thirty days because they get infections and they don't have upper body strength."

According to Wiki:

"There have been 39 women in the United States Senate since the establishment of that body in 1789".

Is that insane or what?

There are only 17 currently.

Statistically speaking, shouldn't the majority of leadership positions be held by women?

@5 - sure! But you know, sexism 'n stuff.
7
Plus, you know... bitches' be crazy!
8
@5: Yeah, but if we let more women serve in congress, they will just period all over everything, and then where would we be?

It would be like that scene in The Shining , except flowing down the steps of the capital building.

Duh.
9
'sides, who'd cook and clean for us if they were all in Congress?
10
Oh thank god, now I know to tell me spastic tubes to secret sperm killing juices if I ever get raped!

@10:

And you women are always complaining how the GOP wants to take AWAY control of women's bodies! I'll bet you didn't even know you could DO this before they "edumacated" you on the procedure.

@5 Not terribly insane considering women couldn't vote before 1920 and only more recently became the majority vote in elections.

Even then it's not like there were women candidates to chose from day one. It would take quite awhile for women to weave their way up and prove themselves as eligible and electable candidates in local, state, and national elections.

That said, I think we've reached that day where women are fully accepted as potential candidates, even for the White House.

It's telling that this image, funny as it is, doesn't include quotes from Sarah Palin or Michelle Bachman or other women in power who favor the same policies and have some flaky ideas on biology.

Sadly, simply having XX chromosomes doesn't make you pro-women's rights.

Oh wow, Nerve. That takes me back.

Please wait...
