This is good news.

Bud Sizemore lost the normally Republican advantaged primary by 1,789 votes (7.88%), while our Democratic incumbent, Pat Sullivan won handily.

The 47th District Republicans are pretty reactionary regressive (TEA Party mostly) based on their website and the ones I've met, so turning this seat over may actually make it safely blue for some time to come.

@1 Yes he is so focused on it, that's why he has prime sponsored bills focused on the economy.
