So... two large slices of fresh, wood-fired sourdough with a layered stack of nacho chips, cheese, onions, tomatoes, jalapenos, olives, etc in-between?
I'm picturing a torta roll, spread generously with refried beans and guac, a layer pico de gallo and a pile of warm corn chips covered with melty cheese (you could throw some shredded chicken or pork in here if wanted). Sounds awesome.
