Random stranger penguins are a big problem in the Antarctic... Offering candy to little penguins, unwanted rides to female penguins out for a jog and creepin at penguin gyms (offering "help" with stretching).

I would advise you NOT to go through with this merger.

I'm ambivalent. On one hand, Simon, Schuster and Stranger has an undeniable ring to it. On the other, Penguin has an imprint named Puffin, so that would be a pretty good fit too.
