And today is Nov 1st, the day esteemed author Dan Savage is finished with his hiatus. Great job Dan.

I might have the humor of a ten-year-old on this, but is no none else amused at "Harry Hole"? Hehe... Harry Hole.

Jo Nesbø and Matthew Inman should get together and write a story about a cat that solves mysteries. I'm surprised no one's done that already.
4
Harry Hole is a former police officer? Last I read he was still gainfully employed. Come on man.

Seriously, maybe instead of wasting all that time reading 50 shades of grey you could have read "The Snowman". Not the best book, but you can at least read it in public, pervs.

Dude, you should be reading (and hopefully) loving The Cold, Cold Ground by Adrian McKinty. It's up for sale today in the US for the first time. He's from N Ireland by way of Oz and is temporarily living in Seattle. Apparently there's this crime writing SPREE going on in Ireland and if AM is any marker, I'd say that it's a fantastic trend, though clearly people might not want to visit such an area that has spawned so many excellent criminal minds.

Note - I've never met the guy and am not his agent but am clearly a jealous fan now that he's living in your neck of the woods.
