Silverton is a hell of a town. We went to their Fourth of July fireworks last year. The Portland Cello Project, augmented by a drummer and horn section, provided the music. Bach to Zep and plenty in between. Best fireworks ever. It's about an hour south of Portland and you should also visit Silver Falls State Park while you're in the neighborhood.

I saw two shows last season at WET and was impressed by both enough to buy season tickets to this season. STUCK was disturbing as fuck but managed to pull off a Whitney Houston musical moment without being an asshole about it. BED SNAKE (co-starring Franklin) was hilarious and witchy. Congrats to Hannah and all associated with WET!
