Well, I'm sure it will be through team work learned by goofing around on street to bond, finding a black kid on the street who has a puck trick, and recruiting him for the team. Or did that only happen in D2: The Mighty Ducks?

In the end it was Pacey's sacrifice that allowed the team to succeed, that and Emilio Estevez.
