Clearly the little girl in the yellow wrote her sign in blood to really drive the point home.

Good for the NRA guy. And archery is a great way to get your target shooting kicks without the gun craziness. There is no doubt when a crossbow is loaded, and it's difficult for kids to do.
3
The NRA guy is selling all his guns? To who? Hopefully someone responsible, otherwise, he's making things worse, not better.

Also, muskets are already legal.
4
Were there ANY representatives of the 'thug community', responsible for 50% of all gun murders in the USA, in attendance or was it all white people?
5
@4 take your racist bullshit back to Fox News.

Hey! New meme! Wracked yr brain all weekend and came up with something new to say. Congratulations!

Not new new, but something you copied from a different part of the internet than you usually copy from. So I guess the plan is to repeat the sheep theme for the next 10 days or so?

True, muskets are already legal. Next time the poster should read: "Keep muskets legal. Ban assault weapons." Do you get the point now?
9
Perhaps the poster should've read "Keep muskets legal. Ban assault weapons."

The point is so much clearer with editing.
10
That would seem to preserve the founders' original intent.
11
I hate parents who use their kids in their useless protests.

@11

Maybe do something so we stop seeing dead kids on the news and then you'd stop seeing kids at anti-gun demonstrations.

There's a jolly good reason why I'll never leave the northeast. In this part of the country even the GOP can be counted upon to do the right thing when the going gets weird. I was reminded of this the other night when the New York State Senate approved, with rare bipartisan unity, what will prove to be the the strictest, kick-ass gun laws in the entire USA. The bill is being co-sponsored by Senators Jeffrey Klein (n Democrat) and Dean Skelos (a Republican). Said Senator Klien, "This will be the toughest gun control package in the nation....all in all, it is a comprehensive, balanced approach that will save lives.."

Let's hope this is merely the beginning.

There are plenty of gun laws already in place that are not enforced. There were just as many guns around 30 years ago and these things did not happen. The real problem here is us as a society. We are no longer responsible for our actions. Nobody wishes to take responsibility for anything anymore. You may disagree, however you all know what I am talking about. Look around at the way people are these days. We have huge looming issues that may overtake all of us. Guns are not the problem. The problem is a lack of responsibility beginning in the home and enforcement of laws. None of the recent shootings would have occured if any of the firearms used had been "locked-up" in a safe or approved storage container. These guns were stolen. Responsible ownership is what needs to be reinforced. Parenting in the home needs to happen. If you own a gun lock it up.

Please wait...
