Wow. Only doing blow on the public dime for 22 years? Good thing the Franklin County Auditor caught him, or this could have been embarrassing.

How do you do coke for that long and drive around the TriCities without fucking up somewhere along the way?

Of course, in the private sector, he'd be rewarded w/ a multi-million buyout of his contract. In a year he'd be hired by Hewlett-Packard.
