It's sad that nobody wants to use this opportunity to post saying what a fuckstick Rodney Tom is. I can't imagine any Dems will support him and I can't imagine the Repugnicants won't mount a primary challenge. He's deservedly fucked.

Cowardly on both accounts: Tom and Bailey. Every bill that has the votes deserves an up or down vote. Especially popular ones like the DREAM Act.
