@5 The folks getting refund checks had to petition the court for their refunds. That is a public record.

me thinks it isn't only "prefers Republicans" who are implicated. Fortunately we have a Senate leader on record as being most concerned about the best interests of the state, so there's no possibility the leader of the “Senate Majority Coalition Caucus” won't hound those whose name rises to the top of Goldy's list (Hi Rodney Tom!)
