I went with option A, but a case could be made for B. The heavy-on-the-atmospherics-light-on-dialogue cold open that was a signature of the show seems to be gone in favor of each episode getting right down to business. It would appear they have a lot of story to cram into the last half-season.

None of your answers really captured how I feel, which is to say that I'm incredibly happy with the season thus far, but the last episode really felt more like a "set up" episode where not a whole lot happened. Sure Jessie has teamed up with Hank and Marie, but he's still in the same place regarding his desire to extract revenge on Walt. Really the only major reveal was the reason the Whites moved out of their house( as seen in the flashforward) and why Jessie didn't burn the house down in the first place.

This series is addictive (imagine that), and makes me feel dirty inside.

No.

Awesome show. Thanks God it's on Cable.
I think if this were CBS it would be a sitcom that takes place in Cincinnati, Walts character would be a UPS guy played by Tom Selleck, Skylar's would be played by Laurie Metcalf, Hanks character would be a female sheriff named Hilda and played by Rosie O'Donnell with her life partner played by Delta Burke.
Walt would be selling Marijuana on the side and hilarity would ensue.

I haven't been able to watch since they got rid of Malcolm.

Were not halfway through, 4 more episodes left. epguides confirms this.

@7, no...we are half way through. But its a bit confusing.

Technically, all the episodes you are seeing now and the previous 8 were all produced as the fifth season. AMC decided to hold off on the last half until now thus pretending that the final 8 are a sixth season.

So by production standards, we are 3/4 of the way through the 5th season. By silly network management, we are half way through the sixth.

No "neutral, waiting to see how it's going to wrap up"? It's not the most exciting it's always been, but there's the opportunity for it to turn out a'ight.
10
Where is the "almost as bad as Reality TV" option?
11
Right next to "I'm a parsimonious hater" on your wheel of douchy opinions.

I agree with @2. The episode before was MIND EXPLODING, but last Sunday's was not really gripping at all. Barely anything new happened.
13
Oh Jesse, why you gotta go and break daddy Walt's heart like that?
14
@8 " we are half way through the sixth. "

Each season is 13 episodes long, last Sunday was episode 12. So no, we are not halfway through the six season, if we were, there would be 7 more episodes left to watch.

Please wait...
