Fox News is referring to this as a "slimdown", not a "shutdown". Like a weight-loss program or something, when your country is trying to fit into skinny jeans.

CNN stands for Continuously Numbing Neurons. I'm curious to know what basis of comparison people use to lead them to think CNN is worth paying attention to.
