Surely they can find some other poor schlub already in the U.S. to go through the motions of prosecuting in order to distract the masses from Jamie Dimon and his billionaire buddies.

Why would Spain have jurisdiction over American soldiers who killed someone in the Middle East? It's a little hypocritical for the Spaniards to cry "imperialism!!" when they are asserting the right to prosecute crimes by non-Spaniards against Spanish citizens that take place anywhere in the world. If I get mugged in Madrid, does the US government get to have the mugger extradited to go on trial in the US?
