I really do hope the prosecutor's office is right about having the evidence to proceed. Not just because I want a conviction for the multiple attempted murders, but because I want the right conviction. Here's hoping for a fair trial and a definitive guilty verdict.

“Masmari of terrorist plots and homophobic slurs”

Homophobic slurs? Lock up this horrible Mohammedan and throw away the key I say!

Thanks for attending this. Your detail about the judge deciding who Masmari may and may not contact made me want to be sure: he's still being held on a million dollars bail, right? Maybe the no-contact order for now is most meaningful as to communications from jail or something.

Posted anonymously because this guy is a scary motherfucker.

So is he out on bail? Was his passport taken?

Who designs these courtrooms?

Sorry, I realize that question is completely off topic.

But, seriously, it's an architectural and interior design hodgepodge, an amalgamation of uninspired mediocrity, salvaged remnants from a multitude of failures.

The space defines us, and we it.

So, nothing about the chief FBI agent running the Seattle branch retiring early, then?

If you're going to write about a court proceeding, the color "set-the-scene" comes after the who, what, when and why. Readers shouldn't have to ask basic questions, such as did he make bail.
Danielle, you need mentoring. Maybe Eli Sanders can take you under his wing.

Can you repost without the first three paragraphs?
Thanks.

Komo reports that he's still being held on a million dollars bail.

"watched a man in orange, chained and handcuffed at the waist, receive his sentence—reduced bail"

Guy hasn't "receive[d] his sentence." That happens after someone is found guilty. Journalists might spend a moment learning how the system works.

This thing reads like someone had a word count quota to fill. Good lord. Just gives us the news.

"Absolutely not guilty" That's what his "lawyer" said.
So, who did this deed? What his identical twin brother at the scene? Does the presumed guilty person not remember the incident? So many ways for his lawyers to prolong this case for big $ . I hope that the lawyers defending this piece of human shit have a conscience. I know it's a reach, but maybe there is a God that defends the public from thieves like one's that will defend this deranged idiot.

Please wait...
