I'm not sure if that photo is eccentric. However, it is just plain strange especially coming up as the first image in your stock photo archive.

It's kind of an eccentric hairstyle. Can you describe a phrase (sucks donkey balls) as eccentric or is it just the person who writes that is eccentric?

If you do a Google image search for eccentricity, you get a lot of eccentric orbit graphs - maybe not so interestingly.
