@3 - Dunno if I'd prefer to see that, or to have Scalia stay on and be hopelessly outnumbered by flaming liberals for years to come. The frustration and bitterness he'd experience would bring me joy.
And by extending that logic, any married couple that does not spawn offspring must be forced to divorce, since obviously the only reason to get married in the first place is to breed.
I was devastated by the supreme court decision in 2006. I will never forget the alienation I felt that day. My essential humanity denied by Johnson and the other bigots. The legal acrobatics they employed to deny equality to a minority was sickening. I am so glad that he will no longer be tainting the bench.
Dont forget that bigots co-signing former justice Sanders claim that "blacks have a crime problem"...to an audience of multi racial law students, bold faced.
Now, if Kennedy and Scalia on the SCOTUS would retire or drop dead....
Because my goodness, can you imagine what the world would be like if unmarried people could procreate?

Remember kids, judicial elections matter.

Between that and his anti gay rhetoric, Im glad to see this moron go.
