Ugh, well, not sure if Flag is still playing, but Off! will be up there in a month.

Mike V fits the mold for a Flag frontman, so I'm partially excited for this. Mostly I'm excited because I didn't know they were coming to town.

Lame, lame, lame. Mike V: wannabe pro hockey player, wannabe pro wrestler, wannabe spoken word artist (a la Henry?), tough guy, jumping skate sponsors and stabbing old ones in the back, all around "intense guy" -- did I leave anything out? Knowing that Ginn acted like such an asshole to all of his former band mates will only make this that much easier to ignore.

He also fronted them in their 2003 one-off benefit show for cat shelters. His connection with Ginn goes way back.

Also, I didn't know the years spent broken up counted as being in existence.

A band is only as good as it's drummer (or can be brought burning down by a bad one) - unless they've replaced Gregory Moore it will still be a shit show... and they've lost Dave from Screeching Weasel... but run along blind minions and spend your money. Geezers Untie! Wish they'd all just retire and let youth have a shot at recreation instead of Punky-Boomers (assholes in their late 40s to early 60s who were there man! in 1976, 77, 78 ..to 84 when Punk happened) reliving their nostalgia for the scene. Post hippie, pre Gen-X people still supporting washed up dung that was ground breaking for sounding like washed dung even back then. Get your beaten up leather jackets out put on your punk snarl through the wrinkles as the weekend is almost here and there's got to be a Fuck-band of your old geezers playing in booze-can near you...but before you go don't forget to pick your kids up from soccer.

@6 - I am one of those geezers and I agree with everything you wrote except one thing...I do not have any kids at soccer or anywhere. Fuck this reunion crap and Greg Ginn. He's got plenty of money from me over the years and this whole BF reunion is nothing more than a money grab. Yawn.
