Don't say people of color say black and latino, Asians don't see to have a problem. Which is why when they did a poll of police trust in Seattle, a majority of Asians, along with whites said they trusted the police. And maybe since Asians aren't having a problem its a class issue not a race issue, since blacks and latinos, through no fault of their own mostly, are more often to be poor.
