If it was a natural gas explosion, wouldn't there be a massive fire? There aren't even scorch marks on the wall that got blown out into the parking lot.

@4 Not necessarily, if the ratio of gas to oxygen was right at the lower explosive limit, likely in the case of a gas leak with a pilot light in the space, then the explosion would have consumed all of the gas and most of the O2, leaving nothing left to burn.
