I'm an old-school Christian, and I still believe certain people are bad, and certain ones good. One of my top shelf elves, Dan Savage, along with doing a great job, has some great progressive thoughts, esp that all people are equal. I hope to get on board. With that, I am giving the benefit of the doubt to Seattle Circuit Breakers, DVS, BOSS, Circle of Fire, and the Massive Monkees in that they are good people, if that makes sense.

"Looking cool" is the disease that continually eats away the entire Slog ethos. Rid that from your worldview and you will be ten steps ahead of the game. As to your other two interesting questions, I leave to my other Socialist Comrades to comment on.
