Very interesting. This is why government should not worry about what people do with their bodies or whether someone paints their house purple against local ordinances but should instead focus on workplace safety, fraud, and violent crime. If these people were never told their workplace was unsafe, their bosses are guilty of criminally negligent homicide and fraud.

And all the 15Now people need to watch this so they shut up. A low paid worker at McDonald's is NOWHERE NEAR as bad off as people in places like Bangladesh are.

If people gave two shits where their new shiny things they HAD to have came from then apple and walmart wouldn't some of the most profitable companies in the world.

Also, I am not sure why this is a reason why *we* ( MERIKA!) needs may-day, seems like a good reason for india to have one, if the alternative to these shitty jobs weren't starvation.

"This is why government should instead focus on workplace safety, fraud, and violent crime." (yeah I edited your sentence a bit, get over it. Read what YOU wrote @3 and think harder about my edit.)

"If these people were never told their workplace was unsafe, their bosses are guilty of criminally negligent homicide and fraud. " (that sentence is yours @3 unedited.)

Garment factory explosions have been happening for over 100 years now. Way longer then that really but I'm not going to bother debating that with you. That's just Gish Gallop bait. I'll admit your better at Gish Gallop then I am.

The point is saying "Oh well if these people were never told" is bullshit. They all knew. The employees knew. The employers knew. Just like all those years ago in the garment district in New York city when the doors were chained shut and a fire broke out knew.

Just like you know when something in the environment your working in is unsafe.

It also gives the lie to your professed political philosophy. Your naive and utopian idea that if Government would just go away, organized labor would just go away, employers and employees would freely negotiate to promote the best interest of the other.

God you are simple minded.

Huh? How is saying that the government should enforce workplace safety "a naive utopian idea that if government would just go away, and organized labor would just go away, things would be better"? (paraphrasing)

Honestly, my saying these bosses should be thrown in jail BY A GOVERNMENT is the opposite of what you are accusing me of.

My next comment: I love African-American culture
Your reply: You're a worthless white supremacist!

Please do something about your reading comprehension problem as it is making liberalism look bad.

Please wait...
