Does a "sea change" have something to do with the ocean? Meant to look it up ever since seeing Beck on his "Sea Change" tour like a billion years ago.

I really don't care much, just my usual crap comment. I would like to get to beach this summer. I'm such a busy guy though, it's doubtful.
