Capt. Campbell spent decades developing the waterfront for locals and tourists though Seattle Harbor Tours (Argosy Cruises) and operated the water taxi for children's summer camps on Vashon Island for years, and Sally was advocating for this exact service for Vashon Island until the day she died.
