1) you are right. no "out." but certainly: "women here, women I do..."

But what does "women here, women I do" even mean? It is nonsensical in English.

Also, your brain will hear what it is prepared to hear, especially when faced with sounds you can't immediately recognize, as this audio illusion demonstrates.

That's not how any native Arabic speakers I know pronounce women. Your brain is lying to you.

Do not hear it at all. Vague homophones perhaps, but not English.

I'm with @5. Doesn't sound like English to me, even with an accent. And it doesn't sound like "women I do" or whatever, at all.
