And let's no one suggest that he meant to graze him. No 17 year old shoots with that kind of precision. We can only say that he meant to fire a gun at someone's face which means that he meant to kill him in the most gruesome way, right in front of his companion.

Another war story, but I used to walk through that park any hour of the night...mainly to get to the Jack-In-The-Box for munchies. The band of homeless would be encamped...guarding it. Seattle was really just a big college campus back then.

I'm certain that a background check would have prevented this.
