Peanut and bok choy sounds like Dan Dan Mian. I'd say Sichuan Noodle Bowl for that, though it's not something I get much; you may find better elsewhere.

Regent Cafe have decent Singapore Noodles

Singapore noodles at HoHo Seafood in the ID are the bees' knees.

With all due respect, Singapore noodles are not fucking dan dan mian.

I think @2's point was that peanuts and bok choy were not Singapore noodles. I loved Noodle Ranch, and I don't remember that dish either. Everything I had was good, and it was cozy and quick.
