Yes, immigration reform should pass. But does Obama propose something that is a compromise (like earned amnesty as Hagel proposed along with actually protecting the border) and announce that and say "that is my compromise, the ball is now in the GOP court?" No. He just bullies the country as usual.

But, as it's been used, concerning politics, Socialism has come to mean more democracy, not less. @10: Obama was busy during his one year of supermajority rescuing Western civilization from the predations of W. Bush. So we pulled the economy out of the worst depression in eight decades, extended health care to tens of millions and rescued the nation's largest manufacturing industry, all of which had been put on death row by Republicans. Sorry we didn't have time in that one year to address every other problem in the universe. As troll said, one would expect to hear a "thank you."
