Why SUVs? They're not built for pursuit should it be needed, and patrolling in SUVs is going to cost a lot more in gas and dump 5-6X more pollution and CO2 into the air we all have to breathe! And black uniforms, really? Yep, wearing uniforms that reminds people of the SS is really going to help improve their repute of ingrained institutional racism!
