According to the return address, this letter was sent from Tacoma.

This arrived in the mail today. If I'm not mistaken, it says:

I feel that you need to come up with a topic that will allow you to put a picture of a butt on the cover of your paper that's cuting [sic] a big nasty fart so the caption can read The Puget Sound.
