While the Seattle Port Commission continues to debate whether to go ahead with plans to host Shell's Arctic drilling fleet here in Seattle this month, one of the troubled ships in that fleet, the Noble Discoverer, is headed into the Port of Everett right about now.
A kayak protest is reportedly planned to greet the ship, and Twitter has been watching its southward journey through the Salish Sea:
