Last night's Last Week Tonight was equal parts infuriating and hilarious—which is what we've come to expect from John Oliver and his team. Watch it. By the end, you'll want to kill the "faith healing" Gloria Copeland with your own hands (she tells people with cancer to send her their money instead of wasting it on chemotherapy while living in a $6.5 million "parsonage"), and you'll want to kiss whoever cast Rachel Dratch as Wanda Joe Oliver with your own mouth.

But as much as I loved the piece... and as much as I don't wanna see gullible cancer patients scammed or little old ladies impoverished or people being crushed by credit card debt conned into sending their money to assholes with private jets... I gotta say...

If you draw a Venn diagram of people who send their money to televangelists and people who send money to antigay Republican candidates and people who send their money to antigay Christian organizations, you only gotta draw one circle. So while I'm always sad to see complete idiots the faithful scammed... the more money these idiots send off to the Copelands, the less money they're sending off to Huckabees and Santorums and Carsons and FRCs and AFAs and RNCs.

And finally... who knew that Robert Tilton was still at it? I thought this video—one of many—did him in a long, long time ago...
