I dare you to watch the whole thing. My favorite part:

I've decided to end my campaign for president today. But I would like to take this opportunity one last time to advocate for a chance be given to peace. Since today is all about women’s leadership it reminds me of one of my favorite Greek plays; Lysistrata, a comedy from about 400 BCE by Aristophanes. In that play, a group of women, fed up with the war mongering of their husbands, agree to withhold their favors until peace returns. And it worked! They ended the Peloponnesian Wars! Well, anyway, let’s talk about the present. Studies show that women tend to lead differently than men.

Obama has been accused of leading from behind. I'm not sure how Chafee thinks our next president should lead—or what exactly our next president should lead with. I'm also not sure what this implies for the Israeli/Palestinian peace process. But whoever our next president is... maybe they should try "withholding their favors" from both sides of that never-ending conflict. Nothing else has worked.

Jim Webb, of course, dropped out earlier this week. "That leaves Hillz, the Bern and O'Malley," says a friend. "The Republicans still have 107 candidates." Chafee, who was polling at zero percent, didn't endorse any of his rivals for the Democratic nomination. So it's unclear which one of the actual candidates is going to pick up Chafee's imaginary supporters.
