This will no longer be the hardest part of hot yoga for me. The hardest part will be sitting there thinking, Wait, did he really say all that about girls and Jews and gays?

Wow, this guy sounds like a piece of work. According to Al Jazeera:

Bikram created a “hyper-sexualized” and “degrading” environment for women, who were requested to brush his hair and give him messages, the suit alleged. The yogi is alleged to have referred to women, including his employees, as “fucking bitches,” “fat bitches” and “stupid bitches.”

One witness, Sharon Clerkin, is said to have testified that Choudhury once announced at a packed training session, the majority of whose participants are usually women, that “I should rape more girls, it's good for business.”

He is also alleged to have said that “AIDS is caused by gays…but these fucking asshole guys love me. ” He was also accused of saying that if Hitler “was more efficient, all these fucking Jews would be finished.”

Um, wow. That's... that's a lot of kinds of people being disparaged in court testimony about one person. The comments are so extreme they're almost hard to believe. It boggles the mind that these could be the words of a guy who's supposed to be into getting people to relax.

Although who am I kidding? I've done hot yoga before, aka the least-relaxing yoga there is.

It's all stress and pressure and heat and mirrors. I haven't been in years.

For what it's worth, Bikram has repeatedly denied these allegations.
