The last "disqualification" listed on that page is for persons that have a specific court order prohibiting his/her individual right to vote.

By writing an article with this hugely incorrect statement, you are possibly depriving many people of their right to vote, by making them think they can't. You would be incorrect about felons and voting. Once clear of DOC, ex-felons are permitted to register and vote (https://wei.sos.wa.gov/agency/osos/en/vo…).
