To those like TT: geeks are weird. This can both hurt and help your cause. They may (should) be more accepting of other people's differences, but also may be oblivious. A geeky girl with short hair, male clothes, male nickname and large breasts? Hmm, many geeky girls have the first three without considering gender reassignment. Large breasts or small, they'll probably still see you as female unless you tell them otherwise. If you do and they react badly, you can probably find other geeks, and leave with a parting shot: "you're not likely to meet many girls if can't see past their breasts."

Though I am unambiguously female, I have... rather more upstairs than I might like. Never underestimate the value of loose and/or bulky clothing for concealing one's assets. And, until surgery is an option, TT (and those like him), you might look into the possibility of breast binding...

I read that breast binding was very unsafe. I didn't hear in what way and I'm not interested enough in the subject to research it, but just wanted to throw that out there in case anyone's considering it. Read up on it first, k?

Please wait...
