Harvest Dinner

By Food Action

Museum of History & Industry (MOHAI) (map) South Lake Union
Thu., Sept. 28, 6:30-10 p.m. 2017

Join local nonprofit advocacy organization Food Action for an organic and sustainably grown meal, prepared by Chef Kaspar of Kaspar's Catering. The venue is MOHAI, and the topic of the evening is food equity and food justice. Dinner will be paired with "an engaging discussion about food systems with industry experts and community members." One of those community members happens to be none other than Senator Rebecca Saldaña, who will be the dinner's keynote speaker. Proceeds from the evening will go towards Food Action and their mission to "create a food system that supports a healthy, just, and equitable society".
