With winter squash in abundance, Chef Aaron Tekulve of Surrell has challenged himself to come up with a 100% squash menu. That means squash chips and squash sourdough for appetizers, red kuri squash soup, pumpkin seed risotto, delicata squash entrees, and pumpkin pie and squash granita for dessert. Wine pairings will be provided by winemaker Darby English of Darby Winery.
