“In his report he explains that blood evidence proves that Meredith was wearing her bra when she was killed. Nor is it just the blood on her bra which demonstrates this. It’s also where the blood isn’t on her body. He says that Meredith was wearing her bra normally when she lay in the position in which she died, and she was still wearing it for quite some time after she was dead. (Rudy is hid in the apartment, likely in Meredith’s room, when Amanda comes home around 10:30 AM to shower. The evidence is when Amanda went back to her boy friends place; The feces that Amanda saw in the toile bowl before leaving her apartment were flushed. Someone flushed the feces while she was gone. She locked the apartment entrance door when she left. Someone had to be hiding in the apartment when she left. Who other than Rudy? He was there when Amanda came home. She is lucky he didn't kill her).


During the evening of, Thursday, Nov. 1, 2007, after dark (05:05pm, sun set), Rudy Guede, a 20 y/o homeless man, a known burglar, drug dealer, set out to rape, rob and kill Meredith Kercher.

Rudy was wearing a jacket and carried with him a pocket knife with a 3 ½ inch locking blade, a pair of leather gloves, a thin plastic card and some condoms.
(Rudy thought using the condoms while raping Meredith, would prevent the police from identifying him as the rapist).

Rudy had been watching the upstairs apartment occupied by four female college students, Amanda Knox, Meredith Kercher, Filomena Romanelli and Laura Mezzetti, for quiet some time.

Rudy associated with the college boys occupying the downstairs apartment who were away on a trip the night of the crime. From them and watching he learned such things as when the rent was due, how the girls spent their time and when they were likely not home. Rudy knew Meredith would likely come home early as she normally does and the other three girls have boy friends, who they normally spend the night with, were not likely to come home until late, if not at all.

On the night of the crime the conditions were perfect for Rudy to rape, murder and rob Meredith.

RUDY ARRIVES Thursday Nov. 1, 2007 (5:05 PM - 9:30 PM)
When Rudy arrived outside the girl’s apartment after dark (> 5:05 PM and < 9:30 PM), he could see all the lights were turned off (both upstairs and down) and he reasoned, likely nobody is home. He could tell by the car’s not in the parking lot, likely no one was home in the building. Rudy knocked on the apartment’s entry door to see if Meredith might be napping. If Meredith answered the door he had planed to over power her and shove her into the apartment. No one answered the door. Rudy tried to open the door but it was locked.



Rudy put on his gloves, picked up a large rock, then threw it through the window in Philomena’s room. Then Rudy hid while waiting to see if anybody heard the noise. No lights came on and no neighbors showed up to investigate the noise. Then Rudy climbed in through the window in Filomena‘s room (which is Rudy's known method of operation. Rudy entered many busted windows in his past. Also Rudy was previously an athlete). Rudy’s jacket and his gloves prevented him from getting cuts.

Rudy scattered Meredith’s clothing, belongings and broken glass about as he searched her room. Rudy was hiding in Filomena’s room waiting for Meredith to come home.

(The crime scene investigators failed to notice the glass under Meredith’s close. They didn’t realize at the time the glass on top of the clothe was going to be used as Evidence against Amanda, in accusing her of throwing the rock through the window as the trio Rudy, Amanda and Raffaele were leaving after the crime. In all my research about this case I‘ve not found a statement where the authorities officially stated there was no glass found under Meredith‘s clothes)

MEREDITH ARRIVES
Around 9:15 p.m. Rudy heard Meredith coming into the apartment and that's when he got out his pocket knife with the locking blade. Rudy saw Meredith opening the door to her room and enter her room.
(In my mind’s eye I can see Rudy peeping out Filomena's door watching his prey, Meredith).

ATTACK
9:30 p.m. Now in her room Meredith calls her Mom. (The call was interrupted. call Length ?) Meredith had not locked the door to her room or it may have been standing open). Rudy quietly crept to Meredith’s door then burst into her room. (This is when Meredith’s scream was heard by a neighbor, the neighbor didn‘t know the time). Rudy grabbed Meredith, put his hand over her mouth and put his knife to her throat. She fought desperately, resulting in multiple bruises on her body. Rudy forced her onto the bed. She continued to resist and the pillow was knocked off the bed onto the floor. She was still struggling desperately as they rolled to the floor.

RAPE
Rudy struck Meredith knocking her unconscious then put on a condom. Rudy tried to rape Meredith face down on the floor but she regained consciousness and fought to escape from him. Rudy held her face in the pillow. Meredith continued to struggle, resulting in more bruises.
(This explains the “mysterious” bruises forensics found on her knees)

Rudy was in a mad rage and he wanted to orgasm now. Rudy could not enter Meredith because she was struggling so desperately, so Rudy put his hand over her mouth and pulled her upright, exposing her neck to him. She managed to get her feet under her. Meredith was in a crouch position. This is when Rudy stabbed her in the throat the first time with the 3 ½ inch blade. She stepped in her blood then on the pillow leaving the “1” and only “mysterious” foot print found in Meredith‘s room.
( The police said she did not die immediately, based on the nature of the wounds. They said the killer wanted her to die slow).

Rudy enjoyed Meredith’s pain. He wanted her to be alive to experience the horror. Rudy put on a condom. Rudy achieved an orgasm while raping Meredith as she was slowly dieing.

(Rudy is an experienced killer. Rudy killed her in a way she would die slow so he could enjoy raping her as she was dieing. If you combine what he did before and after she was dead and how he killed her, it is easy to deduct he also raped her as she was dieing. After raping her he pulled her head up exposing her neck to him again. Before 10:00 PM Rudy jabbed her throat two more times to finish her. Rudy enjoyed watching her chock on her own blood. Meredith rolled to her side and lay on the floor on her side unconscious, but still alive. Rudy watched, feeling his power, as she passed on.

Then Rudy took Meredith’s money from her pocket book and got her cell phones. At 10:00 p.m. Rudy makes a call on Meredith's cell phone to her bank in the UK. Rudy was going to make a payment to himself from her account. (The call doesn't go through because Rudy didn't punch in the proper area code for London. If Meredith made the call she would have punched in the correct area code. If she misdialed Rudy would have forced her to dial again. Therefore Meredith was dead at this time and Rudy placed the call).

(I know this is chilling and inconceivable for a sane mind but Rudy is a psychopath who is capable of anything imaginable. Rudy is comparable to the worse of the worse rapist / murderers. Rudy is a monster. Rudy enjoyed feeling his power as he rapped and killed Meredith. It’s said rapist do it for the power they feel. It was horrible for Meredith. I am so sorry for her).

Rudy went to the toilet tracking blood from his shoes all over the place and got blood on things in the bathroom from his hands and shoes. He washed the blood off his pocket knife, hands and mouth. Rudy then put his pocket knife back in his pocket.

(Police first said Meredith’s blood was mixed with Amanda’s blood DNA but later determined it was not Amanda’s blood but DNA resulting from Amanda sharing the same toilet facilities. Amanda didn‘t have any cuts. Rudy was found to have a cut on his hand). Was Rudy’s blood DNA found in the apartment????????????????????????????????????????????????????

RUDY RAPES CORPSE
Later that night before 2 AM and before Meredith’s blood under her body dried, Rudy returned to Meredith’s room and removed all his clothing. Rudy wanted to feel her cool dead body against his. Rudy cleaned away the victims feces and urine with towels. Rudy cut Meredith’s bra strap with his pocket knife and removed her bra to expose her breast. This excited him. Rudy then positioned her body face up (the blood had thickened by this time, this is why the downward blood run didn‘t match the position the police found the body in, I’m assuming less than one hour passed before he raped her after he killed her) then he moved her body to a location on the floor suitable for access then Rudy put on a condom and rape her again.

Rudy stepped in Meredith’s blood barefooted and tracked it about the apartment.

RUDY WASHES HIMSELF
Rudy returned to the small bathroom barefooted, closest to Meredith’s room, to wash up.

Rudy returned to Meredith’s room many times during the night to rape her body over and over.

(Rudy wasn’t worried about someone coming home to catch him. Rudy was confident the other girls would not come home until the following day. Rudy knew it would likely be a girl alone, if by chance a room mate did come home and he planed to rape, rob and kill her also. Rudy wasn’t in a hurry to leave. Rudy is strong, fast and cunning. He knew he could kill, with his knife, any man that came through the door. Rudy knew exactly what he was doing. He was cool with all of it, not nervous or scared in the least. Rudy was so relaxed that some time during the night he defecated in the large bathroom toilet bowl and didn‘t flush).

Rudy continued to search Meredith’s and Filomena’s rooms. He thought he would find money hid in their rooms. The other rooms were locked. While searching Filomena’s room Rudy scattered more glass around, some of it falling onto Filomena’s clothes.

RUDY PREPAREING TO GO OUT
(During the night Rudy left the apartment but later returned to admire his work and rape her body many more times. The authorities say many serial killers have been known to return numerous times to the bodies they hid. They go there to masturbate or just sit. One I know of admitted to this).

As Rudy was preparing to leave for the club, he cleaned up blood in the social are area of the apartment, he locked the door to Meredith's room (police say the door can only be locked from inside the room, with the door closed, I say BS). Meredith’s bedroom door is not a dead bolt lock, so with the door open, Rudy turned the mechanism to lock. He held the bolt in with the plastic card and pulled the door closed. Rudy locked and closed the door to Filomena's room, the same way he locked the door to Meredith’s room.

Rudy turned all the lights off then left the apartment through the entry door, Leaving the entry door unlocked.

RUDY LEAVING
Rudy left the apartment with Meredith‘s rent money and her two cell phones. He threw her cell phone in the bushes as he walked.
(Rudy thought he could sell or use the phones to transfer money from her bank account, but he decided he didn’t want the evidence in his possession, so he threw them away)

Rudy went to a night club (seen there sometime between 2 a.m. to 4.a.m. ) where the college kids hang out. (The people at the club said Rudy stunk. Likely it‘s was Meredith’s feces they were smelling). He was spending Meredith’s rent money and was having a good time. Rudy bought drugs and alcohol with Meredith’s rent money. Rudy was high on drugs and intoxicated when he returned to the apartment to continue raping Meredith’s body.

RUDY RETURNS
Sometime around 4 AM Rudy returned to the girl’s apartment. Rudy saw the lights were off so he thought, good likely nobody came home. He entered through the door which he left unlocked. Rudy thought likely nobody came home because the door was still unlocked. Then Rudy continued to rape Meredith’s body multiple times. Rudy was so intoxicated and high on drugs, he passed out in Meredith’s room.

(From the time Amanda arrives, Amanda and five walk through the apartment, tracking evidence here and there, until after Meredith’s body is found in her room and the police sent them outside. The time given for the events is not exact. People didn‘t know exactly what time events happened except for cell phone calls. The prosecution took issue with this)
AMANDA ARRIVES HOME TO SHOWER
A little before 10:30 AM Amanda walks from Raffaele‘s apartment to the girl‘s apartment. (Amanda had spent the entire night at the nearby apartment of Raffaele , her boyfriend, and had come home to take a shower).
Around 10:30 a.m. When Amanda arrived home she found the apartment’s entry door was wide open Dec. 17 interrogation. Amanda thought it was strange and she thought that maybe somebody left the door open. But she thought no one ever leaves the door open, but there was the possibility that someone had left it unlocked maybe for a moment.

Amanda went into her room, gathered her necessities and then in the bathroom. She saw traces of blood or something on the bathmat, but did not feel suspicious at this time. She didn’t see much blood. She thought it could be anything, like an accident or one of the girls was menstruating, so Amanda took her shower.

Rudy woke up in Meredith’s room that morning. Rudy attempted to clean away his DNA from the victims body, especially the areas around the victim’s reproductive organs with towels. He placed a comforter over Meredith’s body.
Rudy heard someone come in the apartment. He decided to remain hidden in Meredith’s room until he had a chance to escape.

After Amanda showered, she went into the apartment’s big bathroom and saw someone’s feces in the toilet bowl. Amanda began to think that something was not right and started to get scared. Amanda had been in the apartment around an hour or so when she thought she should return to Raffaele’s apartment.

AMANDA LEAVES FOR RAFFEALE’S PLACE
Somewhere around 11:30 a.m. Amanda is very worried by this time, thinking it’s not safe to remain there, she starts for Raffaele 's apartment. As she is leaving she locks the apartment door behind her and walks to Raffaele's.



RUDY MOVING ABOUT IN THE APARTMENT
(Rudy heard Amanda as she was leaving the Apartment).

Rudy went to the big bathroom room to urinate and when he finished he flushed his feces down the toilet.

Rudy put the towels along with some of Meredith’s clothing he contaminate in the washing machine, added soap and bleach then started the washing machine.


RUDY LEAVING
As he was going out Meredith’s bedroom door for the last time, that morning, he placed the door lock mechanism in lock. He held the lock bolt in with a plastic card and pulled the door shut. He then slid the card out of the crack allowing the bolt to extend to the lock position.

He left the apartment with what was left of Meredith’s rent money. Nobody saw him leaving around ??:?? AM that morning.
(Rudy may have locked the apartment entry door the same way he locked Meredith’s door or Amanda didn’t realize the door was already unlocked when she put the key in the lock and turned it)

AMANDA ARRIVES AT RAFFEALE’S
(time ?) After arriving at Raffaele’s apartment, Amanda told Raffaele she was worried. Amanda told Raffaele that when she got home, she found the door wide open and about the blood stains in the small bathroom. Amanda asked Raffaele whether he thought it was strange. Raffaele said he did and told her to phone her friends. She told Raffaele she had phoned Filomena and Meredith but Meredith wasn't answering her cell phone.

12:07 p.m. Amanda calls Meredith’s UK phone. No answer.
12:08 p.m. Amanda calls her room mate, Filomena. (Filomena had spent the night at her boyfriend Marco's house. Now she is with her close friend Paola Grande). Amanda told Filomena that she had slept at Raffaele's house and that when she had gone back to the girl’s apartment, she had found the apartment door open and blood in her bathroom. She told Filomena that she had took a shower earlier. Amanda said she was scared. Filomena said the apartment door open and the blood seemed really strange. Filomena asked Amanda to check that the house was in order and to call the police

*12:11 p.m. Amanda calls the Italian phone that Meredith had borrowed from Filomena. No answer
*12:11 p.m. Amanda calls Meredith’s UK cell phone again. No answer.
*12:12 p.m. Filomena calls Amanda.
*12:20 p.m. Filomena calls Amanda.

AMANDA AND RAFFEALE ARIVE
(time?) Raffaele and Amanda walk to the girl‘s apartment. Amanda puts the key in the lock and turns it to unlock the girl’s apartment entry door.
(The door may not have actually been locked, or Rudy might have locked the entry door the same way he locked the door to Meredith‘s room, if it‘s not a dead bolt lock. Some doors have two locks, a dead bolt lock and one that is not).

Raffaele went in first. Raffaele noticed that Filomena's door is open, there is glass on the floor and the room is a mess.

(Amanda had left the door to her room open earlier before she left to go to Raffaele’s. Amanda’s room was still tidy)

Raffaele looked at the blood in the bathroom. He saw there were drops of blood in the sink and saw there was something strange on the bathmat, a mixture of blood and water, while the rest of the bathroom was clean. Nothing else was out of place.

Amanda went into the big bathroom then came out scared. Amanda clung to Raffaele and said that when she was showering earlier that morning, she saw feces in the toilet bowl, but now it was gone now!!!!!!!!!
(Amanda had locked the apartment door before she left for Raffaele ’s place, Rudy had to be hiding in the apartment and he flushed the toilet while she was gone)

Raffale was wondered what was going on. He wanted to see if a burglar could enter through the broken window, so he went out side to see if it was possible to climb up to Meredith's window.

Raffaele came back in and knocked on Meredith’s door and gets no response. Raffaele was worried something bad might have happened to Meredith so he tried to force the door to Meredith’s room open but he couldn't open it.

Raffaele was worried so he decided to call his sister for advice because she is a lieutenant in the carabinieri (Police). His sister told Raffaele to call 112 (the police emergency number 112).

12:34 p.m. Filomena calls Amanda and asked her to call the police.
12.50 p.m. Raffaele calls his sister, a different branch of the Italian police.
12:51 p.m. Raffaele calls 112. They ask him to call back later.
12:54 p.m. Raffaele calls 112 and reports a possible robbery at the girl’s apartment.
(The prosecution insists Raffaele did not call the police (#112) until after the postal police officers arrived. They make a big deal of this trivia. How could the officers think, Raffaele called 112 and talked to the police, at the same time he was talking to the officers)?


POSTAL POLICE ARRIVE IN THE PARKING LOT
Around 12:35 p.m. They had not been notified about Raffaele reporting a possible break in at the residence. After arriving in the parking lot The officers radio headquarters to report their arrival and that they are going to exit the car (standard practice). The officers gather up their things prior to getting out of the car. They walk to the apartment building and try to find the correct apartment. The girl’s apartment is on the upper floor so they go to the door of the lower apartment first. This turns out to be the wrong apartment so they walk to the upper level apartment door. It took them over 15 minutes to get to the girls apartment door.

The officers find Amanda and Raffaele are sitting on the porch waiting for the police to arrive. Amanda and Raffaele thought it was strange the police arrived so fast. Raffale had only called the police a few minutes earlier. This surprised them.
The two men identify their selves as postal police officers. The officers said they were trying to find Filomena, because they had two cell phones and one of the phone numbers belongs to Filomena. Amanda told the officers she thinks the phones are Meredith's and one of the phones, Meredith had borrowed from their room mate, Filomena.
(The officers don’t know the exact time they arrived at the door, currently it‘s only about the cell phones and time wasn‘t important. It may have been 1:05 p.m. when they arrived at the door. How could Judge Micheli reason Raffaele called the police at the same time he was talking to the two officers and use this as an excuse to try them for involvement in the crime?)

Amanda and Raffaele told the officers about all the strange things they had found. The apartment entry door that Amanda found open that morning when she got home, the broken window, the blood in the bathroom, Meredith’s door being locked, feces in the toiled that is now gone and that they were worried about Meredith. Amanda and Raffaele brought the officers into the house to show the officers what they saw. Amanda showed the officers that the door was locked to Meredith‘s room and the broken window in Filomena‘s room.
(obviously they would not have told the police about the blood and broken window if they were trying to hide something. It‘s not that the authorities think we are this stupid, but they think they can do as they please)

Raffaele was thinking that the only thing to do now was break down Meredith's door. Raffaele told the officers he had tried, but he could not break open Meredith‘s door. Raffaele ask the police to break open the door to Meredith‘s bedroom. The police officers refused to violate privacy by breaking a door open but later at around 1:15 PM they agreed to allow Luca Altieri (Paola's boyfriend) kick open the door.

ROOM MATES ARRIVE
1:00 p.m. (Around or maybe a little before 1:00 P M ) Filomena and Paola arrived at the girls apartment and entered the apartment to meet with, Luca Alteri (Paola's boyfriend) and Marco (Filomena's boyfriend) who had arrived earlier. The two postal police officers are there also. Amanda and Raffaele were in Amanda's room when they arrived. Amanda and Raffaele came out into the corridor to talk with them. The police were asking to break open the door to Meredith’s room. The officers said they could not so they decided to do it and the officers agreed.
(After arriving at the girl’s apartment, Filomena entered her room three times before Meredith’s door was kicked open. She could have knocked glass onto her clothes in the floor)

DOOR KICKED OPEN, BODY DISCOVERED
Around 1:15 p.m.? Luca (Paola's boyfriend) gave the door four hard kicks and it flew opened. The room was dark but a foot could be seen protruding from the comforter covering Meredith‘s body. Filomena scream "a foot! a foot!".

Amanda was in the kitchen with Raffaele when the door was kicked open. She did not understand exactly what was going on. She heard “a foot, a foot“ and thought there was a foot found in Meredith’s room. Amanda is in shock. Amanda immediately tried to go to Meredith's room, but Raffaele grabbed her and took her out of the apartment building. The rest of the people were all grouped around the door, next to or in back of Luca when the door was kicked open. (from the Dec. 17 interrogation).

A postal police officer entered Meredith’s room. The postal police officers told everyone to get out . The postal police officers pushed the people outside the apartment building. There were some police officers arriving outside by this time also.

Time? After the crime police arrive, soon more police investigators arrived. The investigators are taking all their information and asked the same questions over and over. At the time it was freezing cold outside.

(At some point, Filomena identified the body for the police, since the cryptic reports said a room mate identified the body and Amanda did not identify the body).

ALL PEOPLE LEAVE EXCEPT POLICE
Later everyone went to the police station to give statements and remained until the wee hours of the night.

Little did Raffaele or Amanda know, but the police were already looking at them with suspicion. Even those at the apartment were already studying them with critical eyes.
(The prosecution took issue with people not knowing the exact times they made calls after checking call records. They accused Raffaele of not calling 112 until after the postal police arrived. Also police took issue with much more trivia, twisted trivia, twisted truth, leaked false reports to the press or the reporters fabricated the leaked information, Some false leaks were proved to be fabricated by the press, intentionally misinterpreted physical evidence, brutally interrogated Amanda and Raffaele , exaggerated, speculated a preposterous theory, and much much more petty rubbish, so much I cant recall all of it, this is insane)

I doubt the necessary information was recorded by the postal police officers because when they arrived, they were only concerned about the cell phones).

I have no doubt Rudy was hiding in the girl's apartment when Amanda left the girl's apartment.

It’s likely Rudy almost bumped into Amanda and Raffaele as he was leaving, as they were walking to the girl‘s apartment.
