"Give Up" was the soundtrack. It felt as if those sad, pretty songs of longing were about us. Inside your music, we floated briefly in our bubble. Your lyrics made me feel I wasn't so alone when it was over.

I love that you guys did this. It's one of my favorite CDs in recent memory.

Even though Ben has a slightly different look now, He still has one of the most punchable faces in recorded history. He is just so precious.

Dear CHRISTOPHER ALLEN HORTON:

1. Not everything in life needs to have "MEANING OR PURPOSE" to be entertaining, amusing, expressive, even sometimes moving. You can also look at it from an individual perspective: there may be meaning or purpose that others get, but JUST NOT YOU.

2. You have no way of knowing if "MOST Stranger readers AGREE WITH" you. You just made that up and mentioned it as if it were fact; to compensate for a sense of inadequacy, perhaps?

3. If you didn't know ALL-CAPS POSTING IS POOR FORM by now, perhaps you should.

Eh, I thought they were harmlessly schmaltzy then, and I feel the same now. I agree with Dave Segal. Oh, and the making me feel old part - I agree with that too.
