Hirokazu Kore-eda is one of my favorite filmmakers. He captures the little moments of everyday life better than anyone. I hope people see this and are inspired to view his back catalog.

@1 Agreed. It encouraged me to catch up with Still Walking which has a few parallels, like close-knit community, parent-child tension, and meal-prep bonding.
